Licensor: ezgraph Authors Licensed Work: ezgraph (including its TypeScript source code, compiled JavaScript, and type definitions)

1. Grant of License

The Licensor hereby grants you the right to copy, modify, create derivative works, distribute, and make available the Licensed Work. However, you may only do so under the Use Limitations set forth below.

2. Use Limitations

Your use of the Licensed Work is permitted for any purpose, EXCEPT THAT you may not:

  1. Provide the Licensed Work to third parties as a hosted or managed service, where the service competes with the Licensed Work or provides substantial parts of the Licensed Work’s core functionality to users.
  2. Repackage, re-license, or redistribute the Licensed Work as a software development kit (SDK), developer library, or plugin framework competing directly with the Licensed Work.
